要点
Sunnyはお客様のデータを収集しません。アカウントも、解析も、広告も、トラッキングもありません。Sunnyでの操作が当方に送信されることはありません。そもそも送信先が存在せず、このアプリにサーバーはないからです。
カメラについて
カメラを使うのは、起床ミッションの実行中に回数を数えるときだけです。
各フレームはAppleの端末内の姿勢検出機能を使ってiPhone上で解析され、その後破棄されます。フレームが保存されることも、写真ライブラリに追加されることも、どこかに送信されることもありません。Sunnyは録画も撮影も行わず、お客様が誰であるかを識別しようとすることもありません。
ミッションが終わると同時にカメラは停止します。
モーションセンサー
シェイクミッションでは、実際のシェイクと通常の動きを区別するために、ミッションの実行中のみiPhoneのモーションセンサーを使用します。
測定はiPhoneの中だけで行われ、使用後すぐに破棄されます。ディスクへの保存も送信も一切なく、この種のモーション測定には許可が不要なため、許可を求めることもありません。
ミッションが終わると同時にセンサーは停止します。
iPhoneの中に残るもの
アラーム、設定、起床の履歴、実績は、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。iPhoneのバックアップを取っている場合はバックアップに含まれ、アプリを削除すると削除されます。
Sunnyは、あとからアラームの不具合を調べられるよう、アラームの動作記録を端末内に少量保存します。お客様がコピーして送信しない限り、記録は端末内にとどまります。
購入について
サブスクリプションはAppleが処理します。SunnyはApp Storeに対して、提供中のプランと、お客様のApple アカウントに有効なサブスクリプションがあるかどうかを問い合わせるだけです。お支払い情報を見ることはなく、Appleがお客様の身元を当方に共有することもありません。
お問い合わせをいただいた場合
サポートにメールをいただいた場合、そのメールに記載された内容（アラームの記録を貼り付けた場合はその内容を含む）が当方に届きます。返信のためだけに使用し、他の目的には使いません。
お子さまについて
Sunnyは、お子さまを含むいかなる方からも個人データを収集しません。
変更について
本ポリシーが変更された場合、アプリ内の内容も同時に更新され、冒頭の改定日で変更時期をご確認いただけます。

The short version
Sunny does not collect your data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Nothing you do in Sunny is sent to us, because there is nowhere for it to be sent — the app has no server.
The camera
Sunny uses the camera only while a wake-up mission is running, and only to count your repetitions.
Each frame is analysed on your iPhone, using Apple's on-device body-pose detection, and then discarded. No frame is saved to disk, added to your photo library, or transmitted anywhere. Sunny does not record video or take photographs, and it does not attempt to recognise who you are.
The camera stops the moment the mission ends.
The motion sensors
The shake mission uses your iPhone's motion sensors, and only while that mission is running, to tell a real shake from ordinary movement.
The readings are measured on your iPhone and discarded as they are used. Nothing is saved to disk or transmitted anywhere, and no permission is requested because this kind of motion reading does not require one.
The sensors stop the moment the mission ends.
What stays on your iPhone
Your alarms, your settings, your wake-up history and your achievements are stored on your device only. They are included in your device backup if you back up your iPhone, and they are removed when you delete the app.
Sunny keeps a small local log of what its alarms did, so that a problem with an alarm can be looked into afterwards. It stays on your device unless you choose to copy it and send it to us.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Sunny asks the App Store what plans exist and whether your Apple Account has an active subscription. It never sees your payment details, and Apple does not share your identity with us.
If you write to us
If you email support, we will have whatever you choose to put in that email, including anything you paste from the alarm log. We use it to answer you and nothing else.
Children
Sunny does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the version in the app changes with it, and the revision date at the top will tell you when.
