本規約について
Sunnyをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。SunnyはApple のメディアサービス利用規約に従い、お客様が所有または管理するApple製デバイスでの個人的・非商用の利用のために提供されます。
Sunny プレミアム
Sunny プレミアムは自動更新のサブスクリプションです。Sunny を使いはじめるにはご登録が必要です。価格はご購入前にアプリ内で、お使いの通貨で表示されます。
料金は購入確定時にApple アカウントに請求されます。現在の期間の終了24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新され、期間終了前24時間以内に更新料金が請求されます。
サブスクリプションの管理・解約は「設定」›「Apple アカウント」›「サブスクリプション」から行えます。アプリを削除してもサブスクリプションは解約されません。
無料トライアルが提供されている期間中にサブスクリプションを購入した場合、トライアルの未使用分は失効します。
返金について
購入手続きはすべてAppleが行うため、返金のご依頼は当方ではなくAppleへ、reportaproblem.apple.com からお願いいたします。当方から直接返金を行うことはできません。
Sunnyにできないこと
Sunnyは起床のための道具であり、医療機器でも運動能力の測定機器でもありません。いかなる症状の診断・治療・モニタリングも行いません。回数のカウントはカメラ映像からの推定であり、正確な計測ではありません。
運動はご自身のペースと限界の範囲内で行ってください。その運動がご自身にとって安全かどうか少しでも不安がある場合は、運動ミッションを使う前に医師にご相談ください。
アラームの確実性について
SunnyはiOSの機能を使ってアラームを設定します。システムが許す限り確実に動作するよう作っていますが、端末の電源が切れている、バッテリーが切れている、再起動された、権限が変更されたなど、アプリの制御が及ばない理由で鳴らないことがあります。
絶対に逃せない予定について、Sunnyだけに頼らないでください。
変更について
Sunnyの変更にあわせて本規約が改定されることがあります。最新版は常にアプリ内のもので、冒頭に改定日が記載されています。

The agreement
By using Sunny you agree to these terms. Sunny is provided by the developer of this app, and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Sunny Premium
Sunny Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, and a subscription is required to set up Sunny. Prices are shown in the app before purchase, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If a free trial is offered and you buy a subscription during it, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
Refunds
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple rather than from us, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
What Sunny is not
Sunny is a wake-up tool, not a medical or fitness-assessment device. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and the repetition counting is an approximation from camera data rather than a measurement.
Exercise at your own pace and within your own limits. If you have any doubt about whether an exercise is safe for you, ask a doctor before using an exercise alarm.
Alarms are best-effort
Sunny schedules alarms through iOS. We have built it to be as reliable as the system allows, but an alarm can still be prevented from sounding by things outside the app's control — the device being switched off, out of battery, restarted, or having its permissions changed.
Do not rely on Sunny alone for something you cannot afford to miss.
Changes
These terms may change as Sunny changes. The current version is always the one in the app, with its revision date at the top.
