よくある質問
- アラームが鳴りませんでした
- まず、iPhoneの「設定」でSunnyにアラームの許可が与えられているかご確認ください。それでも解決しない場合は、Sunnyの「設定」→「アラームの記録」を開き、内容をコピーしてメールに貼り付けて送ってください。いつ何が起きたかが記録されているので、原因を調べられます。
- 回数がうまく数えられません
- カメラが体を見えていることが必要です。スクワットは頭から膝までが画面に入る位置に、腕立て伏せはiPhoneを体の横の床に置いてお試しください。暗い部屋では認識しづらくなります。アラームを待たずに試すには、ホーム画面の「練習」から同じミッションを実行できます。
- サブスクリプションを解約したい
- 解約はAppleの「設定」から行います。iPhoneの「設定」→ ご自身のお名前 →「サブスクリプション」→ Sunny。こちらのリンクからも開けます。アプリを削除しても解約にはなりませんのでご注意ください。
- 購入したのにプレミアムにならない
- Sunnyの購入画面の右上にある「復元」を押してください。購入時と同じApple アカウントでサインインしている必要があります。
- 返金してほしい
- 購入手続きはすべてAppleが行っているため、返金はAppleへご依頼ください。reportaproblem.apple.com から申請できます。当方から直接返金することはできません。
- 動作環境
- iPhone、iOS 26以降。Sunnyは、消音中や集中モード中でもアラームを鳴らすためにiOS 26のAlarmKitを使っています。そのため、それ以前のiOSには対応していません。
- 撮影した映像はどうなりますか
- 回数を数えるためだけに、iPhoneの中だけで解析しています。保存も送信も一切していません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

Common questions
- My alarm did not ring
- First check that Sunny still has permission to schedule alarms, in the iPhone Settings app. If that looks right, open Sunny → Settings → アラームの記録 (Alarm log), copy it, and paste it into an email to us. It records what each alarm actually did, so a morning that went wrong can be looked into afterwards.
- My repetitions are not being counted
- The camera has to be able to see you. For squats, stand so that your head down to your knees is in frame; for push-ups, put the phone on the floor beside you. A dark room makes detection harder. You can try a mission at any time without waiting for an alarm, from 練習 (Practice) on the home screen.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are cancelled through Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sunny, or open it directly. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- I subscribed but Premium is not active
- Tap “復元” (Restore) at the top right of Sunny’s subscription screen. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you purchased with.
- I would like a refund
- Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- Requirements
- iPhone, iOS 26 or later. Sunny uses AlarmKit so the alarm sounds through Silent and Focus, which is why it cannot run on earlier versions of iOS.
- What happens to the camera footage?
- It is analysed on your iPhone, only to count repetitions, and then discarded. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent anywhere. See the privacy policy.
